Jay Mayo – President, General Manager –
Jay has over 40 years
experience in the metal working industry that began as an apprentice and
advanced to front line supervisor and manager to general manager of
machine shops and fabrication facilities. Jay has the educational and
hands on experience to lead G & R into the future fully meeting the needs
of our customers.
Richard (Dick) Pinkham – Quality Control
Manager – Dick has had 40+
years of both manufacturing and quality control experience. He started as
an apprentice machinist and progressed into a master toolmaker and
attended Wentworth School of Engineering for 2 years. He also has his
Master’s Degree in Business Management. He oversees G & R Metals entire
manufacturing process. Please feel free to contact him to discuss any

Joan Parkin – Office Manager/Finance –
Joan offers 30 years experience
in all aspects of finance and office administration. Her background
includes manufacturing, retail, government and public accounting. Joan is
available to customers and vendors in meeting their A/R and A/P needs.
Ed Amick- Production Manager
- Ed draws from over 45 years experience
as a Master Craftsman, Lead man, Shop Foreman and Production Manager. Ed’s
primary responsibility is manager of fabrication production at our
facility.
Christian Ardler- Estimator/Planner -
Chris brings to G&R a wealth of experience in the metal working industry.
Chris’s experience includes material manager, General Manager, sales
engineer and estimating planning. Customers often find Chris’s suggestions
extremely helpful in solving problems related to their fabrication needs.
Mike Crotts – Machine Shop Manager/Sales –
Mike has over 17 years
experience in the manufacturing environment as a machinist, supervisor,
and general manager. He started as an apprentice and progressed into
planning then engineering. He recently completed a B.S. degree. Mike is
responsible for managing the machine shop.
Eric Vandusen -
2nd Shift Foreman -
Eric’s experience
leans well in meeting the needs of our customers. Eric’s primary
responsibility is overseeing our second shift operation.
